Completing Self Training

When certification on a document is required, assigned users are notified in their My Certification Needs Completion list on the Portal Page.

  1. From the Certification Sign-off dashboard on the Portal Page, select the My Certification Needs Completion tab > Self-Training link for the certification to complete.
    Result: The Self Training window is displayed.
  2. Click the Training Option Used drop down arrow and select the training method that was used for the self training.
  3. Enter the cost of the training.
  4. Enter any comments about the training.
  5. Enter your user ID and password.
  6. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The self training requirement has been completed.
